Refund & Return Policy

Overview

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.  After 14 days you are eligible for a store credit.

When requesting a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it; unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


To start a return, you can contact us at
support@mynaturapolis.com.  Please ensure to include the order number in the subject line and attach any supporting documentation such as photograph of item(s) and proof of purchase (invoice/receipt).  Once we review your return request, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

 Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and Contact Us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@mynaturapolis.com with your order number and a photograph of the item’s condition. If photo cannot be taken, describe the item’s condition as detailed as possible. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original packaging and condition, and we will refund the full item cost or order for the return.  After 14 days you are eligible for a store credit.

Cancellations

We will not be able to make changes to an order once shipped. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item. If you would like to return an item, please view the ‘Overview’ section above for additional details. May be subject to a 25% restocking fee.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved.  If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original method of payment.  Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your original method of payment.

 Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
