Shipping Policy
OVERVIEW
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days under normal conditions and events (excluding weekend and holidays), depending on the content(s) and time of year after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped which is typically 3 to 5 business days. For orders containing multiple items, shipments may arrive separately to ensure the fastest possible delivery of items.
HOLIDAY SHIPPING UPDATE: NATURAPOLIS processing centers are filling orders and handing packages to our carriers in a timely manner, but please be aware of our shipping partners, including the USPS, are experiencing high package volume and subsequently shipping delays may occur. For U.S. orders, please allow an additional 2 to 4 business days for shipping. We recommend completing holiday orders 2 to 4 weeks in advance. You will receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as your order is shipped. Thank you for your patience.
All International orders may experience delays.
We will not be able to make changes to an order once shipped. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item. If you would like to return an item, please view the ‘Overview’ section in our Return Policy for additional details. May be subject to a 25% restocking fee.
SHIPPING RATES & TIME
Shipping rates and times depend on the selected shipping destination and weight/size of the item(s).
The total shipping & handling cost, as well as the estimated date of delivery, is listed upon Checkout and Order Summary.
ORDER STATUS
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check the status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you have not received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, you have two options. The fastest option being to search order status with Parcel Panel or contact us at support@mynaturapolis.com with your name (first and last) and order number, and we will look into it for you.
ITEMS NOT RECEIVED
If tracking shows the package was delivered but you dispute it, we will open an investigation with the carrier. You can start a dispute by contacting us at support@mynaturapolis.com with your name (first and last) and order number.
